Pride Wars
Each member of the chapter is placed in one of six Prides named after each of Alpha Delta Pi's founders. Throughout the semester, our members participate in a variety of events in which they can earn points for their Pride. The points are then tallied at the end of the semester and the winner of Pride Wars is declared!
One of our favorite Pride Wars is the Slip 'n' Slide event on our front lawn.
Another fun Pride Wars event is a series of competitions that we hold on our front lawn during the fall. One of the best competitions is watermelon pass that inevitably ends with a watermelon feast!
One of our newer Pride Wars traditions is the Fountain Run. Each Pride races to all of the fountains on campus and the winner is the first Pride to complete their Run!
Sisterhood Events
Our biggest event of the Fall semester is Bid Night! We were so excited to welcome our new Fall '09 Alpha class at Bid Night! We celebrated the night with music, dancing, a photo booth, a rock climbing wall and lots of yummy food!
Throughout the year, we hold various sisterhood events both on and off campus. Living in Los Angeles definitely has its perks and we love to explore the city and see everything it has to offer. In the Fall, we all went to see Legally Blonde the Musical and even met Elle Woods!
